Hello
I’m Vicky, the founder of Grapetalk, an experience created to share, enjoy, and unveil the wine world. I’m a wine communicator and an enthusiastic cellar hand, WSET 3 certified with a Masters in Wine Tourism.
I’ve studied wine for the last 12 years and have lived and worked in over 10 wine regions, aiming to understand the culture and gastronomy of each place and learn the beautiful stories that built them. Anyways, all of this traveling is justified by simple things: I love wine, food, and people!

A quick look into places i`ve been
where all started
I was born and raised in Mendoza, Argentina. A unique wine producing oasis next to the Andes mountains. My first memories and experiences with wine are all connected to my hometown, my family and friends.
Discover the world and discover ourselves is an art that might take us a lifetime. Discovering what we love, nevertheless is like a thunderbolt cutting the black sky . It arrives without any notice, goes directly to your heart and for a slash second illluminates everything; suddenly everything is bright and clear, evident.
I discovered when I was 7 years old and writing a short story about democratic frogs that I loved to tell stories.
At 20 with my first glass of an outstanding wine I knew I wanted to share and explain what made that wine so special.
Grapetalk is the combination of these two elements: my love for wine and stories.
my philosophy
From the first day I stepped foot in a winery, I knew that it was my place. Between nature and science, emotion and chemistry, countryside and city.
I traveled the world to discover the infinite possibilities, techniques, and landscapes that wine represents. I discovered in every place a generosity to share knowledge and a connection with nature that inspired me.
The transformation and understanding of different and unique elements and a strong determination to mantain an ancient tradition are the principles that keep me tied to the incredible world of wine.
my dreams
I dream about producing wine in different places. I dream about having a big table, full of friends where wine and food are there to honor their presence. I dream about a small wine bar where people sit to read, to talk, to watch life go by.
